Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your KitColorsPro account and personal data, please follow the instructions below.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the KitColorsPro app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

2. Request via Email

If you cannot delete your account from within the app, you can send us a deletion request from your registered email address.

Please include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request” and provide your account email or user ID.

3. Data Retention

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data from our systems in accordance with GDPR and platform guidelines, typically within 30 days.

4. Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove your data, preferences, and any cloud-synced collections from our servers.
